How to pay for your ArrowTees

To purchase ArrowTees through our online shop, you must register first. Then, when you get to the end of the checkout process, you will be presented with a menu of options for your choice of payment method. Currently, the choices (in order of preference for speed/ease of payment) are:

1. Credit Cards and PayPal

Our credit card clearing facility is with PayPal. You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay with most major credit and debit cards using this facility. If you select this option, you will be forwarded to PayPal's secure sign-in page where you can choose to pay using your PayPal account (if you have one) or, by clicking the link at the bottom of the page, to pay with your credit or debit card as with any other on-line payment facility.

2. Bank (wire) transfer

UK customers can transfer money between banks (usually for free) using electronic transfer. This normally takes around 2-3 working days, although there is an alternative, chargeable, mechanism known as CHAPS which happens the same working day. If you want to pay by bank transfer, select this option and we will email you our HSBC bank account details by return. If your bank is part of HSBC, then even free transfers should be almost instantaneous.

International customers wanting to pay by wire transfer will receive our Account details including the necessary IBAN and BIC numbers. The process is the same as above, although there will almost certainly be a fee to pay to your bank for this type of transfer.

3. Cheques

Cheques should be made payable to ArrowTees.com and sent to the address shown on your order confirmation email. For retail customers, goods will dispatched after the cheque has been received and cleared. This usually takes about 4-5 working days from the time it is actually deposited into our account. Our authorised wholesale accounts have separate payment terms.
