ArrowTees Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they set out the terms under which ArrowTees.com, operated by H & A Lord Ltd, makes the products available to you. You as the customer will transact with H & A Lord Limited.

1. Pricing

The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on our web site. All prices are expressed exclusive of any VAT payable unless it is clearly stated otherwise. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge. Prices can occasionally change.

2. Availability

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible.

3. Contract

There will be no contract of any kind between you and us until payment for your goods is authorised by your bank, credit card provider or other appropriate means. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment that payment for the goods is authorised, and not before, a contract will be made between you and us. Authority for payment must be given at the time of the order. If for any reason the goods cannot be supplied then payment will be refunded in full.

4. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you. Please note that we deliver our products worldwide. All deliveries will be made to you by the service most suitable for your location and order specifics, e.g. weight. We do our best to deliver within 3-7 working days of the date of your order. If you order and specify items with different delivery adresses, we will ship them separately and you will be charged a delivery charge each time.

5. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order we ask that you advise us as soon as possible and you will receive a full refund. Where the goods have been delivered to you, you may return them for up to 7 working days from the date of delivery in line with the distance selling directive. We reserve the right to charge you to collect the goods and to charge you for any damage that may have occurred whilst the goods have been in your possession, if necessary. All Cancellations must be processed via ArrowTees.com. For further information please see section 6 – Returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Returns

If goods are faulty, you may return them free of charge by contacting us at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it If you do decide to return the goods to us for any other reason, there will be a charge for collection or you may return the goods at your own cost. Refunds can only be made by the same method used for the purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item within 7 working days of receiving the delivery, please email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it to advise a member of our team that you wish to return the product and the reason for return. We will then organise for the goods to be collected by our courier; this is usually within 5-7 days. The charge for collecting goods is variable and dependant on a number of factors including, for example, the item's weight and location. This charge will reflect the actual cost of collection. Under the terms of the distance selling directive you as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned a charge will be made and we will attepmt to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable no refund will be made. Your statutory rights are not affected.
