The ArrowTees' very small diameter cup requires that the tee is placed quite vertically in the ground. This may seem a strange thing to say but, due to the small tee-ball interface on the ArrowTee, if you don't get the tee reasonably straight then the ball will fall off! This is an advantage of the ArrowTee; traditional tees do not require the tee to be so vertical (e.g. tilting backwards, forwards or sideways) and this means that the ball is very likely to leave with some unwanted spin, either top/back-spin or slice/fade spin. Think about it...
